Back in the summer of 2014 I began a year of charity challenges that saw me do things such as hobble through the Manchester marathon, cycle the streets of Greater Manchester, bungee jump 160ft, swim the equivalent of the channel in a month, hike up Snowdon, grow a horrendous ginger moustache and shave my head. I raised around £2500 for twelve different charities and thoroughly enjoyed everything I did.
I’ve decided that for 2018 I’m going to do it again. This time, however, it will be bigger and better, and only for two important and worthwhile charities – Mind and Macmillan. I will regularly update this blog with tales of my antics. Come back every month to see how I’m getting on!
